I have been a gym goer and a stone over weight. More wt arround my bums, inner and outer tights.

I received this step today and for the most part I am very pleased. The step itself is great, very sturdy and easy to adjust. You can use it at 3 different heights 6", 8" and 10". I would suggest that if you haven't excercised in a while or are new to stepping to use it at the lowest height.more info

Fabulous computer that (a) has a tougher lead than most and (b) accommodates TWO bikes, simply order a spare cradle for your second bike & swap between, tyre sizes are easy to switch.
