just to be aware people. i bought this for my dad for fathers day. but in the instructions it said not to use if you have a heart problem, so i was very dissapointed when he couldnt use it!! also it is very hard to get the gyro working.

I received this step today and for the most part I am very pleased. The step itself is great, very sturdy and easy to adjust. You can use it at 3 different heights 6", 8" and 10". I would suggest that if you haven't excercised in a while or are new to stepping to use it at the lowest height.more info

Tested now for over 4 weeks and really firm.
Cushion is not wearing out but Reebok logo is gone...
Good for getting that firm grip using resistance machines!
Try holding for a min lengthwise...its really good!
