The instructions provided really don't make it clear how you're supposed to inflate this - no adaptor is supplied for bicycle pumps and I ended up having to fashion one from what I guess is supposed to be the plug then use a screw to plug the ball once inflated. Really not satisfactory.

These dont crumble away at the edges as easily as the chip-foam types. They're not quite as thick as I thought, so unless you're a yoga pro- best get 2 until you can reach that little bit further.
